Not only does volunteering bring fun and fulfillment to your life, but it’s also good for both your mind and body.

Volunteering adds fun and fulfillment to your life while improving mental and physical health, boosting self-confidence and life satisfaction, and offering great opportunities for all ages. As a volunteer with the CAP Center, you will make new friends, expand your network, and enhance your social skills. Consider these opportunities as a great way to gain experience, meet professionals in the field, and explore your interests and passions in a fun and meaningful way.

Volunteers must be willing to invest time and effort to help others, go through Volunteer Training, submit to criminal and child abuse & neglect background checks and attend a personal interview.
