First Teacher Home Visitation Program
The First Teacher Program is a free, in-home parent education and family support service using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) home visiting model. It supports families from pregnancy until their child turns five, offering developmental, hearing, and vision screenings. As a parent, you play a vital role in shaping your child's future. PAT-certified educators provide science-based guidance on early brain development, helping parents turn everyday moments into opportunities to enhance their child’s language, intellect, social skills, and motor development.
